1. the game itself, Anacr. l.c., Critiasl.c., Pl.Com.69.4, etc.
2. the prize, = κοτταβεῖον 2, Eup.86, cf. Ath.15.667d.
3. the wine thrown, = λάταξ, E. l.c., Antiph.55.5.
4. the basin, = κοτταβεῖον 1, Cratin.116, Eup. l.c., Antiph.55.12. (κότταβος ἀσπίδων is prob. f.l. for κόναβος Anon.Rh.3.210S.
