加州的阳光,

温润而安详，

久违的鸟语花香，

伴着清脆的铃铛，

像梦一样开场。

奔向朝阳的车辆，

演绎在高楼的幕墙，

被光折射进了过往。

加州的阳光，

和谐而滋养，

照耀好莱坞的星光，

也洒在流浪者的脸庞，

相拥着入云的棕榈守望，

也静静躺在烧焦的土地上。 

晚霞照进斑驳的车厢，

却一点也不觉得异样,

尽管带着些许沧桑。

还总是一如既往，

Cars rush towards the rising sun,

Reflected on glass towers high,

Scattering light through days gone by.

Resting on land burned dry.

Dusk seeps into worn-out trains,

With warmth that lingers, tender and drawn.
