（Blessings from Canada!）

2018-2020年我特地寫了Trumpism、Trumpnomic等系列文章。4年前的那一天，我十分感慨地寫下了《三大政治遺產——寫於Trump總統第一任期離任日》（http://www.symbiosism.org；http://symbiosism.com.cn/5659.html）。

如果說45任總統時，Trump履職得失參半，但必須承認，其“失”的部分多半被看似軟弱實則精明的拜登總統給彌合了。相孞Trump四年前離開也是神（We the People）的安排（別糾結），讓他有機會對自己的言行與美國的當代使命進行徹底反思，其未竟使命——蕩滌謊言，重建規約——當再給Trump機會來完成，這就是他當選美國第47任總統的原因！

四年後Trump47任總統就職日，我Archer謹表衷心祝福，並再次強調：Trump的MAGA，並不排除他者再次偉大，比如MEGA、MRGA，但有個新哲學前提，即基於無差別尊重和激勵We the People生命自組織連接平衡力的充分發揮，而不是“以Subject自居，以他者為Object的任何自我中心主義”特權謊言，盡善盡美地呈現Intersubjective Symbiosism的風範！

在此邏輯（商人+軍人+政治家）Style下，Trump在國際事務上，就事任事，說了哪些帶有激勵或抑制性的話，包括那些對歐洲、對俄烏、對朝鮮、對日本、對台海、對加墨、對巴拿馬運河、對北極……說的那些放風性的激將法式的話或虛張聲勢的大話、反話（如說獨裁者朋友）、狂話，大家不必太在意，從混沌到有序，看效果就好。

Blessings for President Trump

From 2018 to 2020, I specifically wrote a series of articles such as Trumpism and Trumpnomic. On that day four years ago, I was deeply moved and wrote The Three Major Political Legacies: Written on the Last Day of President Trump's First Term (http://www.symbiosism.org; http://symbiosism.com.cn/5659.html).

If we were to say that Trump’s performance as the 45th president was a mix of gains and losses, we must acknowledge that much of the "losses" were skillfully compensated for by Biden, who appears weak yet is shrewd in action. Perhaps Trump's departure four years ago was arranged by divine will—or, as "We the People" would say (let’s not overthink it)—giving him an opportunity to thoroughly reflect on his words, deeds, and America’s contemporary mission. His unfinished mission—cleansing lies and rebuilding rules—was meant to be completed with another chance, which is why he was elected as the 47th president of the United States!

On January 20, 2025, the inauguration day of President Trump’s 47th term, I, Archer, sincerely extend my heartfelt blessings and once again emphasize: Trump's MAGA does not exclude the greatness of others, such as MEGA or MRGA. However, there is a new philosophical premise—based on non-discriminatory respect and the full activation of We the People’s self-organizing and balancing forces—rather than the lies of privileged egocentrism that treat others as objects while elevating oneself as the subject. Only in this way can the essence of Intersubjective Symbiosism be fully realized.

Under this logical framework (a businessman + soldier + politician style), Trump’s statements in international affairs—be they provocative, strategic remarks or calculated exaggerations—should not be overanalyzed. These include his words on Europe, Russia-Ukraine, North Korea, Japan, the Taiwan Strait, Canada-Mexico, the Panama Canal, and the Arctic. Statements such as his remarks on dictators as “friends,” or his seemingly boastful and contradictory claims, are part of a process of moving from chaos to order. What matters most is the outcomes, not the rhetoric.

This is a Commentary on the Brief Address (Retrospective and Prospective) Delivered by Archer Hong Qian of the Intersubjective Symbiosism Foundation (Canada) One Day Before Trump’s Inauguration as the 47th U.S. President.

1. Review of the Three Major Political Legacies

During his tenure as the 45th U.S. president, Trump's gains and losses are unavoidable topics in historical evaluation. Archer mentioned that much of his "losses" were repaired by Biden, which, from another perspective, demonstrates the self-correcting capacity of the American democratic system. However, Archer further pointed out that Trump's "unfinished mission" could drive him to become the 47th president. This sense of mission—cleansing lies and rebuilding rules—provides him with a historically significant second chance.

1. Trump's Style in International Affairs

In international affairs, Trump's style has always been seen as "unpredictable." However, Archer pointed out that these "provocative-style" statements are, in fact, strategic. Whether concerning Europe, Russia-Ukraine, North Korea, Japan, the Taiwan Strait, Canada-Mexico, the Panama Canal, or the Arctic, they are a process of moving from chaos to order. The key points are:

• Encouragement and Restraint: His rhetoric may appear "boastful" or "bluffing," but the real purpose is to test adversaries and create room for negotiation.

• Outcome-Oriented: One should not focus excessively on the form but observe whether the long-term effects of his policies achieve a higher level of balance.

Archer emphasized that Trump's departure four years ago was a necessary phase of reflection, much like an arrangement by "God (We the People)." This arrangement not only tested him but also provided an opportunity for America to redefine its direction. Regarding his "unfinished mission," Archer believes it can be accomplished through a more mature philosophical framework and policy practice.

• Cleansing Lies and Rebuilding Rules: This is not only a demand for U.S. domestic politics but also a critical task for restoring credibility in the international order.
