那如果那个破房不出租，一直空着，然后再打掉重建，我依然要交税？

除非我把自住房卖了，然后搬进破房里住上几年后，再请builder把破房打掉重建 (我那是只好租房子住），等建好新房后再搬回去住，才不交税，对吧？
