90几岁健康老人，绿卡（亲属移民）明年1月初到期，绿卡期间短期离境过两次，residency包括税务等都正常。现在因私人事务需要回中国居住两年左右，请教如何办理能尽快走成并且reentry的时候不会有什么麻烦，下面哪个途径相对合适。谢谢！
1，N400/N648, 这条路可行吗（不符合65/20）?

2, 绿卡renewal, file reentry permit. 是不是在5月到7月之间申请回美证最合适，等7月初递交了绿卡延期，不必等收到I-131批准就可以离境，
