母亲十年前在美国读书，期间有小孩出生。毕业以后带小孩回国，几年后发现小孩自闭症，现在小孩即将上中学，国内的环境不太友好，希望带小孩回美国读书。母亲应该采用什么身份回美国？什么类型的签证或者移民？在美国做home school，是否可以得到政府的补贴？母亲可以准备一些照顾特殊小孩的资格证书等？谢谢！

If you want to stay in US for a long term to accompany your kid to study in US, you may apply for H-1B visa to work in US and then, apply for green card as many people did. You may seek a job in a college/university which sponsor your H-1B witout H-1B quota/cap and then, sponsor your green card.
