在131表格的Checklist中提到了‘ A copy of a USCIS receipt as evidence that you filed Form I-485, if you are applying for adjustment of status; ’ 这个是什么意思？因为我的485和131表是一起提交的，我怎么会有USCIS的receipt呢？
