我目前是持H4身份加国出生的美国国际学生 父母H1身份但已经提交EB类485AOS并且刚刚拿到EAD和AP的COMBO卡 可能还要排一到两年才能拿到绿卡 请教以下问题
1. 我现在大三 暑假七月就21岁了 好像不能再用附属H-4身份了.
我可以从H4转成F1身份吗？

如果转了的话 F-1是非移民身份状态和我目前的AOS pending的移民状态/移民倾向有冲突吗？
还有万一父母的485被拒 我还可以继续用F1读书 对吗?
