1.210 does actually build, it's +binnmu1 that doesn't, because + in the
build path gets confused with file assembly on the command line:

I have now uploaded 1.211, which will thus fulfill your NMU need, and be
able to propagate. Leaving this bug as important open since +something
uploads are an important thing to support.
