See https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1063957 and
https://github.com/spyder-ide/spyder/issues/21935
This affects just one test file:
spyder/plugins/completion/providers/languageserver/tests/test_client.py
Unfortunately, simply replacing pytest-lazy-fixture with
pytest-lazy-fixtures does not work; see
https://github.com/dev-petrov/pytest-lazy-fixtures/issues/17

For the time being, I'm disabling this test but recording this as a
bug in the BTS to keep track of this.
