Continuing from rm:libjs-jsxc bug,
I think it would be much simpler to package
https://www.npmjs.com/package/jquery-slimscroll instead of depending on
the rails-assets gem. Ruby gem part is an additional burden which we
really don't need for libjs-jsxc (it was useful only in the context of
diaspora).
So I suggest you take jquery-slimscroll node module and build
libjs-slimscroll from that source, if you want to keep libjs-jsxc.
