Dear Maintainers,

Text in dimensions in TechDraw is clipped and slightly offset.

I fixed it by using original osifont-lgpl3fe.ttf (GNU GPL licence) from
https://github.com/FreeCAD/FreeCAD/blob/main/src/Mod/TechDraw/Gui/Resources/fonts/
in /usr/share/freecad/Mod/TechDraw/Resources/fonts 
instead of the provided link
