Package: apsfilter
Version: 7.2.6-1.1

On Etch i386

I have libpam-tmpdir installed.

It would seem that, perhaps during apsfilterconfig, apsfilter gets a
TMPDIR of /tmp/user/0 as set by libpam but by the time it tries to write
to the directory, it is no longer root.

Note that it printed the testpage fine during apsfilerconfig.

apsfilter fatal error: error creating directory for temporary files

Clean up the '/tmp/user/0' directory or change the value of
TMPDIR.

-- apsfilter, your lpd input filter

To solve, I edited /etc/apsfilter/apsfilterrc to use TMP=/var/tmp
