Subject: devscripts: [dcmd] --no prefix slightly misleading

Package: devscripts
Version: 2.10.69
Severity: minor

dcmd's manpage tells me this:

| Each option may be prefixed by --no to indicate that all files not
| matching the specification should be selected.

So one might assume that --nochanges is actually valid, whereas it isn't.
Instead it wants --no-changes. Furthermore each option is already listed
with a double dash prefix.

I'm not sure if it should just be "Each option may be prefixed by `no-'"
instead.
