However I haven't been able to reproduce this in a normal pbuilder chroot
using the existing binary packages, nor by rebuilding just the direct

Hi Daniel,

I haven't been able to reproduce this error. Do you know what Java
packages were installed in the local repository? Did you build them on
sid or wheezy?

Sorry about the top posting and reproducing your questions here, stuck
with the Gmail interface right now...

All of them.  Every single package installed in the chroot was from
the local repository.

sid

It also appears now that this might be more of an issue of a test
failure that's not 100% reproducible: just today, my latest round of
rebuilding reached cglib again.  On the first trial build, it failed
with the same error message as before, but when I retried it, it built
fine.

Hello all,

This is just to confirm that I'm also observing a flapping behaviour when
building the package in a clean sid chroot (using pbuilder):

- First recorded attempt was successful
- Second attempt failed with

1) testFailOnMemoryLeak(net.sf.cglib.proxy.TestEnhancer)junit.framework.AssertionFailedError: Memory leak caused by Enhancer

The full build log, including java package versions and such, is attached.
