(and possibly more due to data loss, but I'm not sure about a
specific case.)

I've entered in the address bar:

  http://bugs.ghostscript.com/show_bug.cgi?id=694852

One problem is that the server is currently down; more precisely,
the machine doesn't answer to ping. Iceweasel doesn't handle this
problem gracefully: instead of giving a clear error message, the
loading just stops after some time. The address is still present
in the address bar, but "View Page Info" says:

  Address: about:blank

and the page is not reloadable.

Worse, as a consequence, when Iceweasel is restarted, the tab is
missing, probably because the URL was seen as about:blank.

Note: I think that this can happen with tabs that were loaded,
possibly in a previous session, but fail in the same way when
one tries to reload them. I saw something like that in the
past due to network congestion, but things have improved now
that Firefox doesn't reload all the tabs when restarted.

And I can reproduce this with Nightly 41.0a1 (2015-05-11).
