Hi!

There are many news entries missing around 2015-06, probably during
the time that the MTA was down on that system? It would be nice to
inject those back (either real or synthetic) if possible.

Some examples:

  https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/deets (accepted 0.2.1-3, at least)
  https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/mod-authn-webid (MIGRATED 0~20110301-4)

i think that relying on email for transport of the news entries is
probably a bad idea and that we should use something more reliable for
this.
