using QFileDialog cause the msg :
        Gtk-Message: GtkDialog mapped without a transient parent. This is
discouraged.


tested with :
pyqt5 examples.dialog.findfiles.py return same problem
qmlscene
even reportbug did it some time

This is an issue in Qt, not PyQt. Also, you can safely ignore this warning,
as it is false positive.

There has been code in place to hide this warning, but for some reason it
stopped working:
