i don't know

   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?
Tried to open empty html-file using konqueror

   * What was the outcome of this action?
Starting infinite amount of konqueror instances.


   * What outcome did you expect instead?
One instance of konqueror with empty page.



PS: I don't use konqueror anymore. That program is full of bugs. Beyond
described problems, it's also crashes too often(without visible reasons),
when it is used as web-browser. It's better to use dolphin +
chromium/firefox instead.
