方勺（1066年 - ？），字仁声，北宋金华人。元丰六年（1083年）入太学，受教于朱服，娶莫强中之女为妻。曾官管勾虔州常平。元佑五年，赴杭州应试，不第，遂无意仕途，寓居乌程泊宅村，自号泊宅翁。好结交，以卫生养性为事，曾前往苏轼创立的「安乐坊」行医。绍兴十一年（1141年）赴建康（今南京）拜访叶梦得，并请求叶氏为其新书《云茅漫录》作序。卒年不详。著有《云茅漫录》十卷，已佚。另著有《泊宅编》十卷，书中遗文轶事，摭拾甚多，附《青溪寇轨》一卷。
