薛顗（？ - 688年），薛瓘的长子，母城阳公主，薛绍之兄。封河东县侯、济州刺史，与博州刺史琅琊王李冲有交谊。后武则天称帝，李冲将举兵讨伐武则天，并写信给薛顗，希望他参加。薛顗积极招兵买马，响应李冲起兵。事败，武则天下令将薛顗处死。薛绍也被牵连，卒于狱中。
