雷思霈，字何思，号岁星主人，直隶夷陵（今湖北宜昌）人。明朝文学家，公安派成员之一。雷思霈为万历二十五年（1597年）丁酉科举人，万历二十九（1601年）中辛丑科进士，官至翰林院检讨。善吟诗，喜访名胜，写景抒怀。他不但与公安派主力袁宏道诗文理论相呼应，也主张为文应抒发当时代个人的真性情，应当「言人之所欲言，言人之所不能言，言人之所不敢言」，反对「文必秦汉、诗必盛唐」说法。著有《百衲阁文集》、《荆州方舆书》。
