曹锡宝（1719年 - 1792年），字鸿书，一字剑亭，清朝江苏上海人。康熙五十八年（1719年）出生。乾隆初年，以举人资格考授内阁中书，担任军机处章京。乾隆二十二年（1757年）考中丁丑科进士，选庶吉士，散馆改刑部主事。曾任山东督粮道。官至陕西道监察御史。乾隆五十一年（1786年）锡宝利用和珅陪乾隆到热河避暑的时机，参奏其家丁刘全，指斥其「倚势营私」，此举意在弹劾和珅。吴省兰、吴省钦兄弟闻其事，即向连夜向和珅告密。和珅命刘全消灭所有证据。结果锡宝被「革职留任」。乾隆五十七年（1792年），去世。和珅治罪后，加恩追赠副都御史衔。有子曹江。
