陈旉（1076年 - ?），自号西山隐居全真子，又号如是庵全真子。熙宁九年（1076年）出生，在真州（今江苏仪征县）西山隐居务农，「于六经诸子百家之书，释老氏黄帝神农氏之学，贯穿出入，经往成诵，如见其人，如指诸掌。下至术数小道，亦精其能，其尤精者易也」。南宋绍兴十九年（1149年）写成《农书》三卷，真州（今江苏）知县洪兴祖对《农书》「读之三覆」，并撰《仪真劝农文》附后，引陈旉所说：「樊迟请学稼，子曰：『吾不如老农。』先圣之言，吾志也；樊迟之学，吾事也；是或一道也。」命人刊刻。五年后重校，以正其讹。宋宁宗嘉定七年（1214年）安徽新安人汪纲刊印。明代收入《永乐大典》。曾传至日本。
