朱超石（? - 418年），是朱龄石之弟。东晋、南朝人。时为河东太守。历官中书侍郎，封兴平县候。官至宁朔将军。东晋义熙十三年，刘裕伐姚秦，北魏明元帝派长孙嵩率兵阻拦，朱超石率两千兵士并携带大弩百张至畔城，他先以软弓小箭射向魏军，向其示弱。魏军果然中计，长孙嵩率三万骑兵猛攻晋军。这时朱超石下令换大弩猛攻，一举击败北魏联军，魏军退至畔城，朱超石和胡籓等率骑兵追击，斩获千计。
后来与其兄朱龄石弃守长安后被夏国军队击败，被俘杀。
