陈谟（1295年 - 1388年），字一德、号心吾，江西行省吉安路太和州（今江西省泰和县）人，元朝文学家、政治人物。早年就非常博学，但却隐居不求当官。洪武初年，明太祖朱元璋下旨请求其到京师，并赐坐议学。当时大学士宋濂、待制王禕请求留用担任国学师，陈谟却以病请辞归乡，著有《海桑集》。有孙甥杨士奇、裔孙陈邦祥。
