鐵失（13世紀？ - 1323年），又作帖赤、帖實、帖失，元朝大臣，蒙古亦乞列思氏，元英宗皇妃牙八忽都魯（一說速哥八剌）的兄長，權相鐵木迭兒義子。元仁宗延祐末年，以翰林學士承旨、宣徽院使。元英宗即位初，為太醫院使，轉任中都威衛指揮使。至治元年（1321年），以鐵木迭兒引薦，為御史大夫。領左、右阿速衛，掌管禁衛軍。曾經陷害宣徽使禿堅不花，罷黜江南行台御史大夫康里脫脫。鐵木迭兒死後，元英宗任用拜住為右丞相，追究鐵木迭兒奸黨，鐵失心不自安。至治三年（1323年）八月，他勾結知樞密院事也先鐵木兒、大司農失禿兒等十六人，趁元英宗和拜住從上都南返之機，于上都西二十里的駐蹕之地南坡發動政變。以所領阿速衛兵為外應，殺害拜住，鐵失親手弒殺英宗于帳殿，遣使奉璽至漠北迎晉王也孫鐵木兒。九月初四日，也孫鐵木兒即位為泰定帝，鐵失及其黨羽均被夷三族。
