楊範（? - ?），字法僧，長樂郡廣宗縣（今河北威縣東）人，中國南北朝北魏宦官。魏文成帝時，楊範因本族宗人犯罪連坐，被處以宮刑。宦官王琚養如子侄，往來出入王琚家。初為中謁者，轉任黃門、中謁者僕射、中給事中、射聲校尉。加寧遠將軍，為中尹。魏宣武帝去世，高陽王元雍總理朝政，楊範出為白水郡太守，加號龍驤將軍。
靈太后臨朝稱制，召還楊範為常侍、崇訓太僕卿，兼中嘗藥典御，封爵華陰子。出任平西將軍、華州刺史，在華州納取賄賂，將兵民私用使役，被御史彈劾。楊範被免官還洛陽。
後靈太后召回楊範，以他為中侍中、安南將軍。進鎮南將軍、崇訓太僕、華州大中正，楊範去世。追贈征西將軍、秦州刺史。
