李周（871年 - 944年），原名李敬周，字通理，邢州內丘縣（今河北省內丘縣）人，五代十國將領。李抱真的後裔。李周十六歲為縣捕賊將，後來投奔李克用，任黃頭軍使，遷匡霸都指揮使。後來隨唐莊宗征戰，孤軍堅守楊劉城（今山東省東阿縣北）。同光年間，歷任相州、蔡州二州刺史，改授西川節度副使。唐明宗時天成三年秋，出為邠寧節度使，討平慶州竇廷琬叛亂。長興、清泰年間，歷徐、安、雍、汴四鎮，所至無苛政，人皆樂之。後晉建立，李周再任邠寧節度使，累官至檢校太師、兼侍中，又作為老將任東京留守，授開封尹，年七十四歲去世。詔贈太師。
