王崇炳（1653年 - 1739年），字虎文，號鶴潭，浙江東陽鶴州後田（今橫錦水庫）人。唐代僖宗年間吏部尚書王宏之後。順治癸已二月十二日出生，少負才名，一生科舉不利，雍正年間方為貢生。主講麗正書院。晚年「殷殷于鄉邦文獻之傳惟恐失墜」，著有《金華文略》。另有《學耨堂文集》、《學耨堂詩集》、《廣性理吟》、《東湖講義》、《四書口談》、《歷朝懷古》等。乾隆己未正月初六卒。
