常樂公主（7世紀? - 688年），唐高祖李淵第七女，母不詳。生年不詳，從房陵公主（李淵第六女）和李澄霞（李淵第十二女）生年推斷，當在619年至621年間。常樂公主下嫁趙瓌。其女趙氏為李顯的正妃，675年在被武則天囚禁後死亡。趙瓌被驅逐至括州擔任刺史，後來遷到壽州。侄子越王李貞反武時，常樂公主表現很有氣節和見識，說：「為我謝王，與其進，不與其退。若諸王皆丈夫，不應掩久至是。我聞楊氏篡周，尉遲迥乃周出，猶能連突厥，使天下響震，況諸王國懿親，宗社所託，不捨生取義，尚何須邪？人臣同國患為忠，不同為逆，王等勉之。」越王失敗後，周興彈劾趙瓌與公主連謀，夫婦皆被殺。
