王顗，王僧辯長子。南梁承聖初歷官至侍中。後投奔北齊。當初，王僧辯攻占建業、平定侯景之亂後，派遣陳霸先駐守京口，卻對其都沒有防備。王顗屢次向王僧辯進言不被接受，後來王僧辯兵敗被殺。西魏襲擊江陵，梁元帝派遣王顗督軍城內軍事。荊州城淪陷，跟隨王琳逃到北齊，做了竟陵郡守。北齊派遣王琳鎮守壽春，將圖謀江左（南陳）。後來淮南被南陳平定，王琳被殺。聽到王琳死訊，王顗來到城南亂葬崗大哭，悲憤而亡。
