孔元（13世紀 - 1282年），字彥亨，元朝真定府（今河北省正定縣）人。孔元驍勇有智略。1237年，棄家投奔丞相史天澤軍中，多次跟隨他從征戰。跟隨他攻取南宋焦湖，圍壽春，征安豐，圍泗州，多有戰功。蒙哥時參加攻打五堂山寨、樊城。中統元年（1260年），跟隨忽必烈北征阿里不哥，升管軍總把。至元十一年（1274年），伐南宋，為前鋒，所向克捷。至元十四年（1277年），進管軍千戶。至元十五年（1278年），為侍衛親軍千戶。至元十六年（1279年），跟隨行院別乞里迷失討平昔里吉等，為宣武將軍、右衛親軍總管。至元十九年（1282年）病亡。
