元義方（8世紀 - 813年），唐朝官員。後魏景穆皇帝拓跋晃之九代孫。曾祖元萬頃，鳳閣侍郎、集賢殿學士、修國史。祖元詢倩，永陽郡司馬。父元止，大理司直、攝監察御史，贈秘書少監。貞元廿年（804年），任京兆府奉先縣縣令。曾出使新羅。元和三年（808年）四月，以商州刺史遷福建觀察使。六年（810年）四月，遷京兆尹，十二月，因在門口立戟違規，與戶部侍郎判度支盧坦一起被罰俸一月，收奪所請門戟。七年正月，遷鄜州刺史、鄜坊丹延觀察使。八年（813年）四月卒。娶裴耀卿孫女，至少有一女（776年—804年），嫁同州澄城縣主簿韋孟明。
