李繼捧（10世紀957年後 - 1004年），本名拓跋繼捧，是宋朝初年党項族的首領、定難節度使，為李光睿的兒子。生年不詳，至少在957年後、太平興國五年（980年），定難節度使、其兄李繼筠卒，李繼捧嗣位，自立為留後。宋太宗授他為定難軍節度使。太平興國七年（982年），李繼捧因自己年輕，眾心不服，主動到東京開封府朝覲，放棄世襲割據。宋太宗大喜，授繼捧彰德軍節度使，並有重賞。
其後，李繼捧的族弟李繼遷反宋，宋太宗用趙普之計，重新任命李繼捧為定難節度使，並賜名趙保忠。後來，李繼捧有和李繼遷私自溝通的嫌疑，宋太宗將他免官。封宥罪侯，賜第京師。後遷右金吾衛上將軍，判岳州，移複州。景德元年（1004年），宋真宗授其為永州別駕，詔監軍監視，趙保忠不久去世，贈威塞軍節度使。
