劉承勳（？ - 951年），後漢高祖劉知遠幼子。後漢建立授劉承勛右衛大將軍。兄長劉承祐嗣位為隱帝，加劉承勛檢校太尉、同平章事，遙領興元府尹，改名劉勛。不久他代替侯益為開封府尹，進位檢校太師、兼侍中。乾祐三年（950年）冬十一月，隱帝被殺，軍人欲立劉承勛為嗣。當時劉承勛病重，大臣、諸將請候劉承勛起居，太后令人用臥榻抬著他出來見人，諸將一見，知道劉承勛不能痊癒，所以議立劉知遠養子也是劉知遠親侄的劉贇。後周廣順元年（951年）春，劉承勛卒。周太祖郭威下詔封為陳王。
