高季式（516年 - 553年），字子通，高翼的第四子，高乾、高慎、高昂的弟弟，東魏、北齊渤海郡蓚縣（今河北省景縣）人。東魏初年，為濟州刺史。自己有部曲一千餘人。馬八百匹。經常率領私軍出去緝盜，戰功顯著。二哥高慎要叛東魏，他寫信通知高歡，高歡待他如舊。武定末年為都督，儀同三司。北齊初年，封乘氏縣子。隨同潘樂在江淮地區作戰。私自做邊境貿易，回京被禁閉。被赦免後，豪爽不拘常禮，強留高歡女婿司馬消難連夜喝酒，阻礙他上朝。齊文宣帝天保四年，高季式卒。追贈侍中、使持節、都督滄冀州諸軍事、開府儀同三司、冀州刺史，謚號恭穆。
