長孫操（? - ?），字元節，河南洛陽人，父親長孫覽，北周大司徒、薛國公。

武德初，唐高祖闢署為相國府金曹參軍。不久任檢校虞州刺史。隨秦王李世民征討，常侍立一旁，參聽秘謀。後遷任陝州刺史，城中無井，人們不得不經常從外打水使用，長孫操從城東引水入城，百姓得到很大便利。以母親去世解任守孝。三年後服除，封樂壽縣男。貞觀中，歷任洺州刺史、益揚二州都督府長史，並有善政。貞觀二十三年（649年），以子長孫詮尚唐太宗女新城公主，拜岐州刺史。永徽（650-654年）初，加金紫光祿大夫，卒于陝州刺史任上，被追贈為吏部尚書、并州都督，謚曰安。
