馬曰璐（1711年 - 1799年），字佩兮，號半槎，安徽祁門城裡人。祖父馬承運自祁門遷揚州，故自小即僑居揚州，世代業鹽。與其兄馬曰琯齊名，人稱「揚州二馬」。由貢生援例候選知州。乾隆元年（1736年），薦舉博學鴻詞科，不赴。馬曰璐築有小玲瓏山館，藏書百櫥，並延攬各方名士歡聚雅集，馬氏為他們「適館授餐，終身無倦色。」著有《南齋集》。
