徐苗3世紀 - 302年，西晉學者。字叔胄。高密郡淳于縣（今山東省安丘縣東北）人。徐苗年輕時家貧好學。白天耕作，夜則吟誦。弱冠時向博士濟南宋鈞學習，遂為一代儒宗。作《五經同異評》，又依道家著《玄微論》，儒、道兼綜。前後所造數萬言，皆有義味。徐苗有孝行，性抗烈，有知人之鑑。輕財仗義，兄弟早亡，撫養孤遺，鄉鄰有喪事，輟耕助營棺槨。門生在家中去世，即在講堂斂葬。郡察孝廉，州闢從事、治中、別駕，推舉他的異行，公府五闢博士，多次徵辟，他並不就任，終生未仕。永寧二年去世。死時遺命薄葬自己。
