杜夷258年 - 323年，西晉學者。字行齊。廬江郡灊縣（今安徽省霍山縣）人。杜崧之弟。杜夷家世以儒學著稱，為地方顯族。年輕時恬泊好學，操尚貞素，博覽經籍及各家學說。對歷算農醫均有研究。中年時隱居汝潁之間，十載足不出門，四十歲後，始回故鄉，閉門教授經學，門徒達千人之多。晉惠帝時，三次薦為孝廉，州郡闢為別駕；晉懷帝永嘉元年（307年）征拜博士、太傅，他都不應命。丞相司馬睿特立儒林祭酒委任他，仍以得病推辭。晉元帝時，任國子祭酒。皇太子司馬紹三次至其宅第，執經問義；國有大政，常就第諮詢。著有《幽求子》二十篇行于世。太寧元年病卒，謚貞子。
