曹華（755年 - 823年），唐朝官員，宋州楚丘縣（今山東省曹縣南）人。曹華開始是宣武軍的牙將。跟隨烏重胤擊滅淮西節度使吳元濟，以功授棣州刺史，封陳留郡王。平定淄青節度使後，將淄青節度使一分為三。曹華接替王遂擔任沂州刺史、沂兗海觀察使。曹華以沂州偏僻，請朝廷將觀察使改鎮兗州。李正己在青、鄆十二州割據四世垂五十年，山東百姓不知禮教。曹華對將吏說：「鄒、魯儒者之鄉，不宜忘于禮義。」于是優禮儒士，習俎豆之容，在孔子廟春秋釋奠，在兗州立學宮講誦。安定了內部，曹華率兵討伐李㝏，以功加檢校尚書右僕射。改鎮義成軍節度使，卒于義成軍任上。
