徐允禎（？ - 1644年），明朝軍事將領、定國公。崇禎三年（1630年），襲定國公爵，祿二千五百石。崇禎十六年，加太子太保。崇禎十七年（1644年）北京城陷，定國公徐允禎降于闖軍。隨後與駙馬冉興讓、太康侯張國紀、英國公張世澤等人被拷打追贓助餉。崇禎十七年四月十一日，李自成率軍離京前往山海關征討吳三桂，出行前命將故明勛戚大臣殺掉，徐允禎等人被押至阜成門外斬首
