張允隨1693年 - 1751年，清朝大臣，字覲臣，號時齋，漢軍鑲黃旗人。康熙末年捐光祿寺典簿，雍正初年為楚雄府知府，張允隨被雲貴總督鄂爾泰賞識，推薦他為雲南巡撫。主持雲南銅廠礦務，產銅大增，足夠鑄錢，朝廷停購洋銅。乾隆二年（1737年），署理雲貴總督，當時為大規模改土歸流之後，張允隨整頓吏治，興建學校，疏浚金沙江和洱海。乾隆十五年（1750年）正月，張允隨被乾隆帝授為東閣大學士。十六年（1751年）三月張允隨去世，謚號文和。
