藍珪（? - ?），宋朝宦官。
最初為康王趙構府都監，入內東頭供奉官。跟從康王到金國行營。康王開元帥府，他和康履都主管機宜文字。趙構即位為宋高宗，藍珪恃恩用事，與康履胡作非為。金兵入揚州，高宗馳馬出門，跟隨的只有他和康履等五六人，倍加炫耀，輕視外朝。經過吳江，他的黨羽以射鴨為樂。至杭州，錢塘江觀潮，供帳遮道。統制苗傅、武功大夫劉正彥等深惡宦官恣橫，建炎三年（1129年），苗傅、劉正彥發動兵變，逼迫高宗，斬殺康履，藍珪也被捕，因其平日不及康履驕橫，免遭殺戮編置到偏遠州縣。苗劉兵變被鎮壓下去後，高宗重新召回藍珪，自武功大夫擢內侍省押班，後提升其為內侍省都知。
