史天倪（1187年 - 1225年），字和甫，永清（金朝時期屬于中都路管轄，今屬河北）人，史天倪是史秉直長子。他家是真定地區的有力軍閥，本來侍奉金國，1213年乘著金國受蒙古帝國猛攻，內紛困擾之際降于成吉思汗的大將木華黎，史天倪開始為萬戶，隨從木華黎略地三關，至東海，所過之地，城池皆破。他組織一萬人為義兵，號稱清樂軍。所向無敵，占領三河、薊州。1215年，奉命南征，圍攻平州，進真定府、圍攻大名府。1216年，在樂安擊敗降金的清州監軍王守約，平州推官合達。1225年，被武仙用計殺害。弟弟史天澤。兒子史楫、史權。
