陳桱（? - ?），字子經，浙江四明（今屬浙江寧波餘姚）人。明朝初年政治人物。曾祖父陳德剛，南宋工部尚書。祖父陳著與文天祥同榜進士，官太學博士，上書論賈似道奸佞，出判臨安府。父陳泌，曾擔任校官。
陳桱在元朝末年流寓長洲，曾事張士誠為編修。明初曾擔任翰林院編修，依附楊憲，遷待制，楊憲倒台後，不久「以非罪死」。著有《通鑑續編》。另著有《宋鑒綱目》二十四卷、《通鑑前編舉要新書》二卷、《資治通鑑綱目前編外記》一卷等《通鑑》相關著作，可惜皆佚。
