劉德裕？ - 628年，唐朝初年政治人物。劉德裕官至右武衛將軍。貞觀元年（627年）利州都督李孝常入朝留在京城，他和右武衛將軍劉德裕及其外甥統軍元成節、監門將軍長孫安業相互議論符命，又說有受命于天的徵兆，秘密通過宿衛兵叛亂。等到謀反的事被查覺，四人被逮捕。長孫安業是長孫皇后的同父異母哥哥，父親長孫晟死後，長孫安業把長孫無忌、長孫皇后兄妹二人趕到他們的舅舅高士廉家。長孫皇后為長孫安業求情，長孫安業得以免死，十二月三十日，劉德裕、李孝常、元成節被處死。
其妻齊國夫人沒入掖庭，成為皇子晉王李治的保母。劉德裕之子劉藏，官至光祿卿、複州刺史。劉藏之子劉默，留有墓誌出土。
