程日華（？ - 788年），本名程華，定州安喜縣（今河北省定州市）人，唐朝滄州橫海軍節度使。程日華年輕時事奉史思明，後來作為成德節度使李寶臣部下張孝忠的牙將。張孝忠歸唐，派他知滄州事。建中三年（782年），朱滔、王武俊反唐。程華屯兵河間，朱滔、王武俊都勸他一起反唐，程日華不從。朱滔、王武俊于是率兵圍城想要攻取，堅城自守。程華以滄州歸唐，唐德宗以程華抗朱滔、王武俊功，置橫海軍，授滄州刺史、橫海軍節度使，賜名日華。貞元四年（788年），加檢校工部尚書、御史大夫，不久去世。其子程懷直、程懷信、程懷信之子程執恭，先後繼任橫海軍節度使。
