劉友（470年 - 479年），字仲賢，宋明帝劉彧第七子，母為泉美人。宋明帝無生育能力，諸弟的姬妾懷孕後，送入宮中，生子後，殺其母，交給受寵的六宮嬪妃撫養。
泰始六年出生。元徽二年五月己亥（474年6月29日），任使持節、督江州豫州之西陽新蔡晉熙三郡諸軍事、南中郎將、江州刺史。七月庚辰（474年8月9日），宋廢帝劉昱封劉友為邵陵王，食邑二千戶。升明元年，進號左將軍，徙任都督南豫豫司三州諸軍事、安南將軍、南豫州刺史、歷陽太守。升明二年正月丁丑（478年3月18日），進號安南將軍，改任豫州刺史。
升明三年二月丙子（479年3月12日），劉友去世，謚曰殤。無子，國除。雖然本傳沒記載他的具體死因，但同年去世的劉宋諸侯王有多人，且《南史·宋本紀下第三》載「宋之王侯無少長皆幽死矣」。
